1) Remove old wires by heating the pad with your soldering iron. Pull wires out once solder is melted.
2) Clean pad by removing all of the old solder. Do this by heating the solder and absorbing it with solder wick or using a solder sucker.
3) Install new motor wire. Insert wire in the pad and add flux. Then apply heat with iron and add enough solder to cover the exposed wire,
